Dr. Lim, Amanda is a Director of ACH Worldwide, a Mentor of HKSTP Mentorship Programme, a part-time Project Supervisor of The University of Manchester (MBS) Global MBA programme, an advisor of AI InnoBio, an advisor of DragonBite and a columnist of online & offline magazines. She got her Assistant Professor ranking from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Beforehand, she was a postdoctoral researcher of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, an Associate Editor of a Knowledge Management journal, a part-time lecturer of City University of Hong Kong (SCOPE) & Hong Kong Baptist University and a Guest Lecturer of some other Universities. As a director of ACH, she leads her consultancy team to help clients to drive digital transformation through AI, Blockchain, Cloud / Chip, Data and sustainable solutions. Also, she facilitates clients to established their competitiveness through defining uniqueness and to get success resources through fundraising. As a researcher, a lecturer and a columnist; she conducts research, delivers lectures and writes articles. Her recent consultancy and research projects are related to AI, fintech, blockchain, biotech, robotics, industrial 4.0, etc. She has published more than thirty articles or research reports related to Digital Economy. She is the Vice President of the Association of Blockchain Development, the founding president of E-Business Association and a previous Court Member of the University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Lim will be joined with her fellow speaker Mr. Ivan Chan – Founder and MD, Head of Investment Banking for JS Capital who will also share some of their experience in SPACs

Mr. Chan Chuk Cheung, Ivan holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Arts degree in Quantitative Analysis for Business both from the City University of Hong Kong. Mr. Chan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Fellow ICAEW Chartered Accountant (FCA), Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a fellow member of Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) broad experiences relating to corporate finance, accounting, regulatory and auditing. and a fellow practicing certified public accountant (FCPA). He is also a full member of Hong Kong Securities Institute (MHKSI) and a certified international investment analyst of the Association of Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA). Mr. Chan has Mr. Chan was a director in the corporate finance division of Grand Vinco Capital Limited, Access Capital Limited and the Executive Director and Head of Execution (Investment Banking and Principal Investments) of Samsung Securities (Asia) Limited . Prior to that, Mr. Chan had worked in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and KPMG.

Mr. Chan was formerly the founder and Managing Director of JS Capital Limited. During 2013 to 2018, he was the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking of ChangJiang Corporate Finance (HK) Limited in charge of Investment Banking businesses which comprised Corporate Finance Division, Equity Capital Market and Debt Capital Market. He was mainly responsible for the planning and execution of IPOs and providing financing and financial advice to corporates. He also supervised the issuance of stocks and bonds in the primary market. He was also one of the executive committee of ChangJiang Securities International Financial Group Limited which provides advice to the Chairman and the CEO in respect of the business strategy and direction of the whole Group.

He is currently a Central Executive Committee of Greater Bay Area Accountants Association, Honorary Consultant of Greater Bay Area Commerce and Industry Federation, a Director of Hong Kong – Zhaoqing Youth Exchange Promotion Association and Jiangxi Overseas Federation. He was a Committee Member of ACCA Hong Kong and the Chairman or a Member of its sub-committees, a Member of several sub-committees of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a director of Hong Kong Jiangsu Exchange Promotion Association, a founding director of Hong Kong Youth Exchange Promotion United Association and a director of Hong Kong Shanxi Chamber of Commerce. Other than that, Mr. Chan had taught in the Open University of Hong Kong, the School of Continuing and Professional Education, City University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the School of Professional and Continuing Education, Hong Kong University and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
