Pierre has been involved in food and beverage industry his entire professional career. Pierre has built up extensive wine experience as sommelier in various key positions ranging from Sommelier at the 2 Michelin star Gerard Vie in Versailles, then under Alain Ducasse’s team at Le Louis XV in Monaco, after which he moved to London to support Pierre Gagnaire in the opening Sketch in 2001. He made the decision to move to Hong Kong in 2006 to become head sommelier at the prestigious Mandarin Oriental. As a dear friend of Patricio for many years, sharing a few wine trips together as well as the same passion and vision for wine; it was a natural decision for Pierre to join the Links family in 2010.

Jason Willis is the Business Development Advisor for Asia at the WSET Asia-Pacific office based in Hong Kong.
With a diverse background spanning hospitality, F&B, marketing services, import/export as well as training and facilitation, Jason has extensive experience in project management and business development, starting up small businesses and engaging with clients throughout the world.
Prior to joining WSET, Jason worked with Cathay Pacific Airways as part of the Inflight Services Training and Development team and was a member of the airline’s wine selection panel. Always keen to share his passion for wine and learning, he also tutored WSET courses at a local course provider in his spare time.
Jason is a WSET Diploma graduate, a WSET Certified Educator, and is currently studying a Master’s degree in International Wine Management.

After living in multiple countries including Italy, India and China, Elia has combined his passion for fine wines and his linguistic talent by taking up the role as the Greater China Export Manager for the prominent winery Antinori from Italy.
