TEN is organizing its first Chinese New Year dinner to start the auspicious year of the Pig - we think it's about time to celebrate the new year with fellow entrepreneurs with a traditional tasty feast, Cantonese style!

Dinner is to be hosted at one of the best Chinese restaurants in town, operated by the HKU Alumni Association and conveniently located in Central.

香煎付皮卷 - Pan-fried snack roll

粟米豆腐羹 - Corn & tofu soup

翡翠生魚卷 - Veggie fish roll

羗汁芥蘭 - Chinese kale in ginger soup

菠蘿咕嚕肉 - Sweet & sour pork

南乳炆粗齐 - Mixed vegetables braised in bean paste sauce

脆皮炸子雞 - Cantonese crispy fried chicken

北菇紅燒豆腐 - Mushrooms sauté with tofu

干燒伊麵 - Sauté e-fu noodle
