We hereby invite you to come to the TEN Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on November 19 Thursday evening. The meeting shall be followed by a networking time slot among the present TEN members.
TEN exists for your benefits and at the AGM you can make your voice heard even if you wish not to be part of TEN's executive committee. The future strength and vitality of TEN depends on each and every member, and we look forward to seeing you.

**We will also provide a Zoom option for registered members to join.
(*) Any member who wishes for a resolution to be tabled at the Meeting must write to Contact@ten.org.hk on or before November 14th (5 days prior to the meeting date).

We hereby invite TEN members to submit nominations via email to Contact@ten.org.hk on or before 14th November (Saturday).
Term: From 2020 November AGM to 2021 October AGM.

P.S. Current members, active membership on or before November 19th, have the voting and nomination right ; every nominated candidate is required to have an active membership throughout the entire term.
To qualify for submitting the nominations, for your attendance as well as for the voting right at the event; please sign up / renew as TEN member on https://www.ten-hk.org/membership prior to registration.
