Emanuel Breiter is an entrepreneur, investor and advisor. He is the CEO of AAIC Ventures, focusing on investments in early stage technology companies in FinTech, Big Data and IOT.

Emanuel has been based in Asia for over 20 years, and in the process co-founded Aidyia Ltd, Asia Real Estate Ltd. and AAIC Mongolia. Emanuel currently serves on the boards of several technology companies in Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and the USA.

Prior to founding AAIC ventures, Emanuel worked in fund management, brokerage and senior management positions at Schroders, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and BNP Paribas.

Emanuel holds a Master Degree in Economics from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, and studied Chinese in Tongji and Fudan Universities.

Duncan is the President of the Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council (HKITJC), the Chairman of Lai Yuen Company Limited and the Managing Director of Radiant Venture Capital Limited.

For the last 20 years, Duncan has been actively engaged in the IT sector and has invested in technology corporations and start-ups in Greater China, North America and Israel, leading to several IPO’s. In 2014, he co-founded Radiant Venture Capital which mainly invests in early-stage tech startups and now has more than 30 technology startup investments in its portfolio.

As the President of HKITJC, Duncan regularly participates in and organises technology and entrepreneurship exchanges - frequently serving as mentor of startup companies.

Linking technology venture funds and investors in Hong Kong, Duncan serves as Chairman of Cyberport Investors Network (CIN) Steering Group. This group promotes the establishment of a professional platform of the venture funds and supports the development and funding need for science and technology related enterprises.

Adam Lindemann is an international entrepreneur and venture investor who over the past 16 years has led investments in or participated in several successful technology companies in Japan and the United States.

Currently Adam is the Group CEO of Mind Fund - a Hong Kong based venture capital company that invests and partners with world-class entrepreneurs to help them build the next wave of technology companies. Mind Fund has invested in several companies in the United States and Asia including Bytedance, one of the world’s most valuable startups.

Adam lead Series A in Flipagram - the famous video and music sharing platform and had an extremely successful exit with it. Mind Fund is a large investors in the decentralised ledger Hedera Hashgraph and runs Helix, the exclusive Accelerator for Hedera Hashgraph Startups.

Adam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese and law from the University of London in 1996.

Tytus Michalski is the founder and a Managing Partner of Fresco Capital. Previously, he was Chief Investment Officer of Equities at PMA Investment Advisors, an institutional Asia Pacific hedge fund, managing the equity funds and the equity team. He was a co-founder of PMA, which was started in 2002 and acquired in 2006 while in the process of scaling up to US$3B in assets under management. Before that, he was focused on equity investment with HSBC Asset Management in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and London.

Tytus graduated from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia (Finance with Honours) and is a Leslie Wong Fellow alumnus of the UBC Portfolio Management Foundation. He is also a founding Board Director of the UBC Sauder Alumni Club of Hong Kong and holds the CFA designation. In his spare time, Tytus enjoys training and teaching traditional Okinawan karate as a third degree black belt.
